It takes more than just thinking about it. It takes more than being a “spiritual person.” It takes more than just reading a bunch of books. (Although if you study The E Word, do the exercises, take an hour each day to look within and ask the only question in life that matters and you do this consistently with passion and authenticity you shouldn’t have to do anything else, including any of my intensive programs and retreats.)
That said, most of us benefit from working with a teacher. So I do take on a limited number of students each year to work with individually.
